Recently CEO of SAP India died at the age of 45 years due to cardiac arrest. Though the accurate reasons for this untimely heart attack are still unknown, but increased work pressure and sedentary lifestyles can be attributed to this shocking incident.
Due to immense competition and huge workload, some executives are working 24×7. This is often making them to sleep just for four to five hours a day. According to the US based National Institutes of Health estimates, sleep disorders affect nearly 15 percent of the population of America.
Young people between 25 to 45 years of age are frequently suffering from these ailments. Some people depend on alcohol or sleeping pills to get sleep. This practice will surely have adverse affects on health if continued for a long term. Doctors suggest that a person should take at least 7 to 8 hours of sleep daily. This can be done in a healthy way by practicing yoga.
